Raye J. Dupree


For more than 15 years, Mrs. Raye J. Dupree has been involved in the field of education where she implements her belief that “all children can learn”.  Currently, Mrs. Dupree is a counselor at Mary M. Bethune Elementary School in College Park, Georgia.

She began her school counseling career at South Cobb High School in Austell, Georgia.  Preferring elementary education, Mrs. Dupree transitioned to Harmony Leland Elementary School in Mableton, Georgia where she was nominated for the 2002 Martin Luther King, Jr. Humanitarian Award.  Civically, Mrs. Dupree served as coordinator of various community events.  She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Kappa Omega Chapter.

Mrs. Dupree received her Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University, an Ed.S. in School Counseling from Troy State University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Clark Atlanta University and her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Alabama State University.
