Virgil Fludd
State Representative
District 66


Virgil Fludd is a State Representative, serving in the 66th House District.  District 66 includes parts of Fayette and Fulton Counties in south metro Atlanta.  He serves on the Ways and Means, Children and Youth and Banking Committees.

Virgil has more than 25 years of sales, marketing, management, and consulting experience.  He is currently President and CEO of the Carvir Group, Inc., a consulting firm that provides management search and executive recruiting services to clients across the country.

Previously, Virgil worked for Bank of America as a Vice President and Sales Manager, responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing programs.

He is member of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Foundation, the Board of Directors for the Center for Policy Alternatives (Washington, DC), the Board of Advisors for Christian City, the Board of Advisors for The Community Foundation for Fayette County, and a co-chair of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators Financial Literary Task Force.  Mr. Fludd is a Flemming Fellow and a graduate of the Georgia Legislative Leadership Institute.

Virgil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Davidson College in Davidson, NC.
